- To have been employed or run a business for the last 6 months;
- No bad loan history.
Required Documents
- Consumption loan application (Request from XacBank branch office or download here);
- 3х4cm sized photo;
- The applicant and the households members’ ID cards (original and copy);
- Purchase invoice;
- Additional materials required by the bank.

- Movable and immovable property pledged as collateral.

- The applicant and the households members’ ID cards (original and copy);
- Ownership certificate of collateral assets;
- Additional materials required by the bank.

Insulation suppliers include companies contracted with XacBank and “Dulaan Shiidel" project, an NGO that provides insulation retrofit advice and energy usage evaluation. Please contact “Dulaan Shiidel” at www.dulaalga.mn or 7505-2000 for more information.
