Munhbold has been working as Director Retail Banking Division of XacBank, as of February, 2010. He started his long-standing career at the Bank in 2002 and has since filled the position of Loan Officer, Product Development Manager, progressing right through to become Director of Rural Loan Department and Director of Microfinance Department.

He began his work career at an NFBO named NetMon in 2001, before joining XacBank.
