February 4th-5th, 2008	XacBank organizes “National Development Finance Conference” and through this conference we were able to exchange ideas and solutions on development finance as well as look for opportunities to help implement successful ideas in Mongolian markets.
February 26th, 2008	European Bank of Reconstruction and Development long term investment in XacBank.
May 30th to June 1st, 2008	The Microfinance Centre (MFC) for Central and Eastern Europe and the New Independent States (MFC) will organized its 11th annual conference of microfinance institutions on 29-31 May 2008 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia by invitation and under the patronage of the President of Mongolia and in partnership with XacBank. Conference consisted of over 500 delegates arriving from 50 countries.
June 2nd, 2008	XacBank chose I-Flex’s FLEXCUBE for our core banking system. XacBank will use this system to enable it to respond faster to customer needs and the challenges of micro-finance while effectively managing costs. It will also help the bank offer newer and more sophisticated products to increase its customer base.
June 11th, 2008	XacBank and Mongolia Dream project is cooperating with the Ulaanbaatar City Municipality to fulfill the Mongolian dream at “Urgah Naran” section. The well known socially responsible bank XacBank has proudly opened the apartment complex to first 114 families yesterday.
July 10th, 2008	Launch of CASH BACK service. Cash Back service is when a customer needs cash he or she doesn’t have to visit a ATM but they can easily retrieve cash from card merchants and post offices which saves them time and money.
July 23rd,2008	XacBank successfully executed the Bank of Mongolia’s recent order addressed to all commercial banks in Mongolia to bring the capital adequacy ratio to a minimum of 12 percent. The above measure will guarantee a secure environment for deposit holders and adequate level of growth for the bank.
July 23rd, 2008	World Bank financed “Sustainable Livelihoods Project II” implementer Microfinance Development Fund signed a subsidiary loan agreement with XacBank.
August 8th, 2008	XacBank sponsored 29th Summer Olympics Mongolia live broadcast through Ulaanbaatar Broadcasting System for 14 days and greeted our gold medalists at the main square.
October 10th, 2008	XacBank celebrates its 10th anniversary with clients and friends. Launch of Nomadic Banking service. Now our customers can enjoy banking services regardless of remote locations with the help of Internet or any cell phone with Mobicom network or from land line. Launch of ATM’s for our card holders. XAC-GE group changed its name to TENGER FINANCIAL GROUP LLC.
October 15th, 2008	Together against poverty fund in partnership with Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Petrovis Company, XacBank and Education Television are jointly organizing the new business reality show. Main goal is to promote small and medium entrepreneurs as well as to fight poverty by increasing employment opportunities for Mongolians.
November 4th, 2008	After 5 months of concerted effort XacBank and TenGer Financial Group (TFG will own 30 percent of shares in Mol Bulak Finance MCC, one of the most dynamic microfinance institutions in Kyrgyzstan.
December 26th, 2008	XacBank President Mr.BOLD Magvan earns State honorary medallion "Altangadas".
